1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rocket Runner (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms govern your use of the Service provided by Rocket Runner, operated from Cameroon.

2. Description of Service

Rocket Runner enables users to create GitLab runners and manage them through our platform. Users are billed monthly based on the server size selected. Registration and authentication are handled via GitLab OAuth. For more information, visit https://rocketrunner.io/.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Registration and login are handled exclusively via GitLab authentication. When you choose to log in, you are redirected to GitLab to authenticate your identity. Upon successful authentication, Rocket Runner receives a request code from GitLab to grant you access. We collect necessary information from your GitLab account, such as your email address and profile information, to create and manage your Rocket Runner account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Rocket Runner account once authenticated through GitLab.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Rocket Runner operates on a monthly subscription model. Charges depend on the server size you select. Payments are due monthly and must be made using the payment methods provided on the Website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store user data such as email addresses and other information necessary for account management and billing. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy]. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

6. License and Acceptable Use

Rocket Runner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Rocket Runner are owned by Rocket Runner or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data but grant Rocket Runner a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability and Support

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
